This includes property transfers, property developments, sectional title registrations, registration of mortgage bonds and security for commercial transactions.

- Advice on finance and costs in respect of all four major banks; including quotations on total costs of purchasing property & registering a mortgage bond.
- Help with conveyancing services. Consulting and signing of documentation by a director at the client’s office, residence, or our consulting rooms.
- As efficiency is of the essence, we have 3 vehicles on the road attending to appointments, deliveries, local authorities, receivers of revenue and the Deeds Office.

FROM THE N1 take the R304 to Stellenbosch. Turn right into Adam Tas Road/R310/R44. Follow Adam Tas Road/R310/R44 for 1.5km and turn right onto Oude Libertas Road. Continue for 500m and turn right onto Distillery Road. Directly after the bridge on Distillery Road, turn left into Bosman's Crossing and immediately right to the parking. Enter building via main arched entrance. Our offices are on the right as you enter the building.
FROM THE R44 (Strand Road) travel past Rhenish Primary and Eikestad Laerskool on the right. Cross over first traffic lights (Die Boord Spar on the left). At the second set of traffic lights, turn left into Dorp Street, and at the next traffic lights, turn left onto Adam Tas Road/R310. Follow Adam Tas Road/R310 and turn right onto Oude Libertas Road. Continue for 500m and turn right onto Distillery Road. Directly after the bridge on Distillery Road, turn left into Bosman's Crossing and immediately right to the parking. Enter building via main arched entrance. Our offices are on the right as you enter the building.
